We offer two types of pricing formats: Hourly and Festival.
HOURLY:
The Event Host pays an hourly rate for us to provide service free to their guests. We require a two-hour minimum. If your event is five hours or longer, please contact us for day rates.
FACE PAINTING: $65 per hour / per Artist
GLITTER TATOOS: $70 per hour / per Artist
AIRBRUSH ART & TATTOOS: $75 per hour / per Artist
OTHER POSSIBLE CHARGES
Canopy $35. A 10 x 10 weighted canopy with half-wall sides is required for out of door events and/or high volume events. This charge can be eliminated if your event provides a stable cover or it is an indoor residential party of 50 guests or fewer.
Trip Charge $1.00 per mile. We include 15 miles in our base fee. There is a $1.00 per mile trip charge for each mile over 15 starting at 7000 N. Cotton Lane, Waddell, AZ 85355.
Additional Insured $25. There is no charge to be listed as a Certificate Holder. If you need to be listed as Additional Insured, the insurance company fee is $25.
FESTIVAL:
We provide service to the customers attending the festival, and each customer pays us directly. We provide a canopy and there is no trip charge. We require a three-hour minimum with a previous attendance of 400 customers. As festival hours increase, so does minimum attendance, respectively. Sorry – no first time events under this format.
